Eligibility

• Creators are responsible for compliance and moderation.

Credits & Payments

• Credits have no cash value and are non-transferable.
• Cancelled/errored sessions are automatically refunded.
• Whop checkout terms apply to purchases and refunds.

Fair Use

• No exploitation, automation, or disruptive behavior.
• No illegal or infringing content.

Disclaimers & Liability

Service provided “as is.” Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the past 12 months.

Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use signifies acceptance.
